CUSTOMER REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

Earn $100 for every funded account you refer.
These Customer Referral Program Terms and Conditions (“Program Terms”) govern your participation in the Customer Referral Bonus Program (the “Program”) offered by ITC2.0, Inc. d/b/a iTrustCapital (“iTrust”, “we” or “us”). By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Program Terms in addition to the iTrust Terms of Service and iTrust Privacy Policy.
Program Description
If you are a Registered User of iTrust (a “Registered User” is a person who has accessed the iTrust website, registered their real name, email address, and phone number and funded their account), you may be eligible for a $100 USD referral bonus (a "Referral Bonus") for each individual you refer to iTrust who becomes a new iTrust Customer (a “Customer” is a person who validly opens an account with iTrust, including passing know-your-customer and other compliance procedures, and funds their account with a minimum of $1,000). The Referral Bonus will be distributed in the form of a gift card selection of our choice sent via email. The Referral Bonus will be delivered within 45 days of the date the Customer you referred funds their account.
Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash or replaced if lost, stolen or sent to an incorrect email address. Customers are responsible for ensuring their correct email address is on file.
To participate, visit your referral page on the iTrust website or in the iTrust app. There you will find your Referral Link that you can share with friends, family, colleagues, or other associates.
If you have not claimed your Referral Bonus within 30 days of qualifying for the Referral Bonus, iTrust will cancel that Referral Bonus and you will no longer be eligible for that Referral Bonus.
Program Period
This Program will continue until iTrust, in its sole discretion, announces the conclusion of the Program, including, without limitation, through notice on our website, the removal of the Program enrollment page, or direct correspondence. We also reserve the right to modify this Program, terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria or terminate the Program at any time and from time to time in our sole discretion without prior notice.
Enrollment
To enroll, you must agree to these Program Terms, the iTrust Terms of Service, and the iTrust Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Program, you must be a Registered User of iTrust and agree to these Program Terms.
To receive a Referral Bonus for a new Customer that you have referred to iTrust, the Customer must not have an existing account with iTrust or have used the same identifying information (e.g., SSN, phone number, or email address) to enroll as a Customer at iTrust. In addition, the Customer must (i) meet all eligibility requirements (as stated on the applicable enrollment promotion) and be approved to use the iTrust platform,(ii) satisfy the applicable criteria for the enrollment promotion, and (iii) fund their account with a minimum of $1,000 within 60 days of new user account creation.
Attempts to create fake accounts, receive a Referral Bonus for referring yourself, engage in fraud with respect to the Program, or otherwise violate these Program Terms, the iTrust Terms of Service, or applicable laws, will result in immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of any benefits or funds awarded during this Program, and referral to any appropriate credit and/or law enforcement authorities.
Employees of iTrust or its subsidiaries, affiliates, or promotional agencies are not eligible.
Other Important Terms and Conditions
Any notices, disputes, or issues arising from this Program will be subject to provisions and procedures set forth in the iTrust Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between these Program Terms and the iTrust Terms of Service, these Program Terms will prevail.
iTrust reserves the right to alter, change or terminate these Program Terms or the Program at any time and for any reason. In addition, iTrust reserves the right to immediately disqualify you from the Program if you have violated these Program Terms, or if you have, in its sole determination, engaged in suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive conduct, or otherwise misused the Program.
NEW ACCOUNT FUNDING BONUS TERMS & CONDITIONS

These New Account Funding Funding Bonus Program Terms and Conditions (“Program Terms”) govern your participation in the New Account Funding Bonus Program (the “Program”) offered by ITC2.0, Inc. d/b/a iTrustCapital Inc. (“iTrust,” “we,” or “us”). By participating in the Program, you hereby agree to be bound by these Program Terms in addition to the iTrust Terms of Service and iTrust Privacy Policy.
Program Description
If you are directed to the iTrust website through certain qualified links, and you create and fund a new account with a minimum of $1,000, you may be eligible for a $100 USD funding bonus (the “Funding Bonus”) deposited directly into your newly created and funded account. You must become a new iTrust Capital Customer to be eligible for the funding bonus. A “Customer” is a person who has accessed the iTrust website and registered their real name, email address and phone number, and validly opened an account on the iTrust platform, including passing know-your-customer and other compliance procedures and funded an account on the iTrust platform with a minimum of $1,000.
iTrust will deposit the Funding Bonus directly into your newly created and funded account within 45 days of the creation and funding of the account.
Program Period

In addition, iTrust reserves the right to immediately disqualify you from the Program if you have violated these Program Terms, or if you have, in its sole determination, engaged in suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive conduct, or otherwise misused the Program.
iTrust reserves the right to alter, change or terminate these Program Terms or the Program at any time and for any reason.
