I will admit iTrustCapital has improved their service to my satisfaction. When I started the initial rollover (2022 of May) it took forever due to paperwork not all iTrustCapital’s fault. Now, one click of a button my funds are transfer within 24 hrs from bank. And trading is done quickly. My only disappointment is that Ripple backed off from acquiring Forest Trust and taking over itrustCapital. Lets wait and see…so far I see improvements. I would like to see iTrustCapital in the future implement staking for XRP and for others and issuing credit/debit card-skip transferring funds to a bank. There is room for improvements and the future is bright.

I’ve been using iTrustCapital for 2 years now, however when I needed customer service, it doesn’t exist , and extremely slow. My issue has been pending for just under 2 weeks, yet still no answer. I have missing transaction that they seem total oblivious towards. Having crypto missing from your account is extremely worrying, yet they show no urgency what so ever to such security issue. Keep an eye on your transactions !! .. Update … I was just called back and had the issue resolved, and was pleased with the outcome.

Just made my first in-kind transfer from my ITRUSTCAPITAL inherited IRA to my crypto wallet. With the paperwork you need to file and the verification process it does take a little time so be patient. Basically, it's for legal reasons and your safety. Four business days after my verification phone call my crypto was transferred to my coinbase wallet. Jimmy Herrera was my contact and helped me through the whole process. When I had questions and concerns he addressed them right away. Thank you jimmy! You're a rockstar!

Gladis Miranda, and Jimmy Herrera helped me. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency of the execution of my full in-kind distribution. Gladis sent me prompt emails at every step that explained the process and what I needed to provide and sign. I've gotten Adam on the phone several times. He does a fantastic job. He makes sure you have what you need at each step of the way. He even followed up later to be sure we were taken care of. With the current IRA setups, I've been working with Shawn Noad. He's just as fabulous. We are setting up several, and he has been so patient with me, making sure every detail is correct, and even suggesting some routes to save us money along the way. I was annoyed when I called because I didn’t understand why I needed to schedule an appointment. The next available appointment was a week away. Jimmy called in response to my complaint. The customer service has been great (thank you Gladis Miranda, you're awesome!) and the platform is easy to use. They still need to (1) list more coins like NEAR, (2) allow more staking—currently only DOT, (3) they need to allow coins to be continuously/automatically staked, and (4) need to allow Dollar Cost Averaging options—they currently have conditional buy/sell, but the low fees and ease of use are valuable. I highly recommend it.

My family, friends and I have been using iTrust Capital for years now. While I have many retirement accounts, my Roth IRA with iTrust has afforded me the ability to purchase assets I believe have an asymmetric opportunity. These investments include products such as gold, silver & bitcoin (they have many more) which I believe will do good in the long run with a government (red or blue) that continues to magically print the dollars I work hard for. Any income you earn is tax free in your Roth. iTrust allows me to trade 24/7. They have limit orders and even have staking now. The staking is a game changer. To my knowledge, no IRA company has ever offered staking. iTrust also provides all the IRS/tax reporting. Best of all, they used to have a monthly fee, but now it's free. The only fee charged is 1% of any transaction you make. I highly recommend iTrustCapital.

I trust capital has helped me out. Setting up my Roth IRA there. It is very limited to be able to invest in crypto. In an IRA or Roth IRA. A lot of entities only handle IRA crypto accounts. And I trust capital do you have Roth IRA options and others. When I was stuck on sending funds from another IRA. I trust capital and Todd were gracious. They help me out on every step. You must invest in crypto my opinion. Because currently hyper inflation. And the new system we’re going to in my opinion. Everything will be tokenized S&P 500. Everything. I trust capital comes up very high on searches. There is a reason. Give them a try. I think you’ll be very happy with the customer service. And the entity itself.
