So I wanted to check in with itrustcapital to see if I could use Q’s XRP Strategy, with existing XRP I hold with them, opposed to depositing $1000 into my premium custody account(PCA). I talked to Rafael about it, although itrustcapital wasn’t able to utilize my existing XRP to fund Q’s investment account, he still offered me no fees if I sell my XRP To fund the Q account. He answered all my questions thoroughly and helped me make the best decision with what options I have. I look forward to using Q’s strategy.

I initiated a cash withdrawal online and ggI received an email stating what my next steps were in the process. I completed the online tasks as requested. Per the next email received, I went online and scheduled a zoom call. During the zoom meeting I verified my identity. I was having issues answering the security questions so we did an alternate method of identification. This process took much longer than it should have because of issues on my end. I was fortunate to complete the process with Rafael Barraza. Rafael was very helpful, polite and patient during the zoom call. Rafael kept telling me there was no rush while I tried to log into online accounts the get the information needed. Rafael also gave me is personal number if I should have any questions in the future. Rafael gets an A+.
