iTrustCapital is by far one the best IRA platforms out there for what I want to accomplish in this part of the financial markets. Whether it's crypto or silver and gold it's a great platform to use. I've looked into others and was not really satisfied until I came upon iTrustCap. Transferred my IRA out of T.RowePrice into iTrustCap and haven't looked back. I simply wanted more variety than a numbered retirement trust fund for 2040. Which seemed to be the only option. You have to have variety and iTrust has a lot of variety to choose from. If they do get the chance to add stocks, I would be very interested and intrigued with that addition. But there is enough variety and choices within crypto already. Do your research and pick winners with low fees. I pick iTrustCapital for what I need and want.

iTrustCapital is hands down now, after being a customer of them for months, thee best platform to buy crypto, gold, or silver WITHIN an IRA! Depositing from anywhere else is very easy. Super helpful team that really does go above and beyond, they’ll answer any question you have and explain anything you want to know. Using any other platform now other than iTrustCapital to do certain buying may not make financial sense for a good amount of people because it’s also a no brainer in the long term with the tax advantages! Love iTrust!! Been a customer for the last 3+ years now with a Roth IRA. Now I am rolling over my 401k to them. They have proven that they can handle all types of market conditions, all while keeping my funds safe. Their customer service is 100% next to none. In the crypto space having great customers service is rare. iTrust is not only great, they are proactive. I initiated an IRA transfer over two weeks ago and still dont have access to my funds. After I paid $50 to overnight the rollover check 10 days ago, I was told they only check the mail or do rollover deposits on Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays. Because they dragged their feet with my deposit, I missed my opportunity to buy Bitcoin below $60k. I will be withdrawing those funds to pursue other investments with a more punctual and professional institution. Will update this review accordingly if the withdrawal process is as bad as the deposit process.

I recommend reading all their rules and regulations before investing. You Cannot withdraw any funds until after 90 days from the date it was deposited per account. You must schedule to fill out a lengthy form and download Zoom for up to a 30 min. in-interview. They must see you but you cannot see the interviewer. ITC tries to make it as difficult as possible for them to send any of your funds back to your bank account. They indicate a waiting period of 10- 15 business days after approval for you to receive any funds.

I have successfully worked with iTrust Capital since 2021. This last attempt to transfer funds from my traditional IRA at a major investment concern failed over and over.....for 73!! days I emailed and phoned both the sending and recieving companies to get the transaction completed. My request was lost, found, re-sent, rejected, lost, and every imaginable failure to accomplish the transfer you imagine. On May 30th, I finally reached iTrust's Brendan Lee, who worked with me back and forth to finally get my funds properly transferred. He communicated with the sending institution upper management numerous times on my behalf to seek out the causes of the transfer failures. I have no idea what the failures one each end were, but Brendan solved the issues logically, one step at a time...until today the funds showed up magically in my iTrust Roth account. Hooray! Despite several tirades on my part (at both companies expense!) Brendan handled this irate customer cooly and professionally. Thank you Brendan for sticking with solving each issue and getting the job done! You certainly earned your salary dealing with this transfer! TL

iTrustCapital has a very comprehensive distribution process to prevent fraud. Though it was thorough and took some time, I am completely on board with their strategy to prevent scams. I am still trying to fund with ITrustCapital. ITrust has done what they need to do but my bank has been annoying! I spoke to Joseph about faxing the request again. (my bank did receive the first request but decided to ignore it!) . He said he would have them send the fax again today. He also gave me information about the difference in Roth IRAs and regular IRAs and he was very helpful as well as patient. Everyone I have spoken with at ITrustCapital has been helpful.
