Went the extra mile to expedite my wire transfer of funds!! The above comment was based on my first experience with the support staff who are quit good. However, I chose to transfer in IRA funds from an existing IRA custodian where Itrust was handling the transaction. This was a very frustrating experience due to the complexity of the process and high traffic due to market conditions. Itrust did not accurately communicate how long it would take and was not able to predict when if ever the process would be complete. Due to the delay (more than a week) I missed out on a >2X jump in the crypto I was planning to purchase. I’m not blaming anyone but that was my reality. For anyone in my situation, I recommend transferring the funds to your own bank account using the 60 day distribution tax exemption. And then immediately transferring the funds to Itrust. That can be done in two or three days and you are in charge of the process.

I had an issue with funding my account due to an error made by my bank, along with a small oversight on my part after reviewing the wire transfer. As the holiday weekend approached and the business day was closing, I found myself in a panic, fearing I would lose out on some serious gains in my account. Just when I thought all hope was lost, Julian stepped in. From the very beginning, he assured me that he could take care of the situation, and he did so with such professionalism and calm. I've looked for a crypto IRA custodians since 2018 and researched a few different ones out there. I joined iTrustCapital in 2022 and I'm really happy with their service. iTrustCapital is the best one by far. Their customer support team is amazing too. They respond to calls and support tickets promptly and provide great insights. My most recent interactions with Jeff, Nadia, Ryan, Pooya, and Shawn has been great. They guided me with rollovers and Roth conversions. That being said I give them 4-stars because I believe there's room to enhance the fee structure. I'm used to paying 10-25bps on commissions on different exchanges. 1% is not the worst out there, but I really believe it can be improved especially since we're dealing with people's retirements. Update: another needed functionality is a limit order where it would guarantee the price without any slippage. The current conditional order acts as a buy or sell stop and it usually has some price slippage. Thank you for providing this amazing service for us and looking forward to being a long term customer for decades to come.

I’m really enjoying itrustcapital so far! I’ve been able to buy all the cryptocurrency I’ve been interested in. This is a great way to purchase crypto without being taxed to death like you would on something like Coinbase. I like how easy it is to check my account through the app as well. I have my 401(k) invested in crypto with iTrustCapital and have been very satisfied with the entire operation. It is easy to use, simple to set up and easy to deal with them in every aspect, from managing your own investments, to accessing your capital when needed. There are a lot of available high end Cryptocurrencies to chose from and though investing in crypto is not for the faint of heart and requires vigilance and frequent action. It is high risk but also very high reward. My investment has grown greatly since I have initiated it about 1.5 years ago. Recently in Florida we were hit with 3 storms this summer, this was preceded by Hurricane Ian in 2022, and Idalia in 2023. Ian was devastating, Idalia did little to no real damage. Anyway, I have had a hard time like everyone else accessing my insurance reimbursements, although finally they are starting to pay. Recently I had to withdraw money to pay for repairs and other things and I was lucky enough to have Alyssa Ebner help me. She made the whole process so easy and I got my money transferred into my account very very quickly. She was friendly and very helpful and I appreciated her assistance so much. I can’t recommend iTrustCapital enough and can’t thank Alyssa enough for her help and support.
