IRA TAX BENEFITS PROMO-CODE PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These IRA Tax Benefits Promo-Code Program Terms and Conditions (“Program Terms”) govern your participation in the IRA Tax Benefits Promo-Code Program (the “Program”) offered by ITC2.0, Inc. d/b/a iTrustCapital Inc. (“iTrust,” “we,” or “us”). By participating in the Program, you hereby agree to be bound by these Program Terms in addition to the iTrust Terms of Service and iTrust Privacy Policy.
Program Description
If you accessed the sign-up page through the IRA Tax Benefits Promo-Code link and you create and fund a new iTrust IRA with a minimum of $1,000, you may be eligible for a $100 USD funding bonus (the “Funding Bonus”). You must become a new iTrust Customer to be eligible for the Funding Bonus. A “New Customer” is a person who has accessed the iTrust website and registered their real name, email address and phone number, validly opened an IRA on the iTrust platform, including passing know-your-customer and other compliance procedures, funded an IRA on the iTrust platform and has not previously used the same identifying information to enroll as a customer.
iTrust will deposit the Funding Bonus directly into your newly created and funded IRA within 45 days of the funding of the IRA.
Program Period
The Program will continue until iTrust, in its sole discretion, announces the conclusion of the Program which may be through the removal of the Program enrollment page or direct correspondence. We also reserve the right to modify the Program, terms, conditions, and eligibility criteria or terminate the Program at any time in our sole discretion without prior notice.
Enrollment
To enroll, you must:
- Agree to these Program Terms, the iTrust Terms of Service and the iTrust Privacy Policy;
- Submit the promo code TAXMAZE when funding.
- Open and fund a new iTrust IRA with a minimum of $1,000; and
- Complete funding within 60 days of new user account creation.
Eligibility
To be eligible for the Program, you must be a New Customer of iTrust and agree to these Program Terms. Attempts to create fake accounts, engage in fraud with respect to the Program, or otherwise violate these Program Terms, the iTrust Terms of Service, or applicable laws, will result in immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of any benefits or funds awarded during the Program, and referral to any appropriate credit and/or law enforcement authorities.
Employees of iTrust or its subsidiaries, affiliates, or promotional agencies are not eligible. Offer valid for one time use only. Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion.
Other Important Terms and Conditions
Any notices, disputes, or issues arising from the Program will be subject to provisions and procedures set forth in the iTrust Terms of Service. If there is a conflict between these Program Terms and the iTrust Terms of Service, these Program Terms will prevail.
Any issues with the newly opened and funded IRA may result in the cancellation of a Funding Bonus if iTrust first provides you with written notice, including through electronic means. In addition, iTrust reserves the right to immediately disqualify you from the Program if you have violated these Program Terms, or if you have, in its sole determination, engaged in suspicious, fraudulent, or abusive conduct, or otherwise misused the Program.
